At the heart of Bombbay Essence is Suny — a passionate hospitality professional with over two decades of global experience, shaped by both expertise and an innate love for creating memorable experiences.
With a Master’s in Hospitality from London and an extensive career spanning Mumbai and London, Suny’s journey has been both diverse and deeply enriching. From the energy of premium bars to the precision of 5 to 7-star dining establishments, and the privilege of working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, his exposure has refined not just his culinary perspective, but his understanding of true hospitality.
His passion for food, wine, and the art of hosting naturally evolved into a vision — to create something personal, thoughtful, and truly exceptional. What sets Suny apart is his ability to curate and personalise every experience, blending global finesse with an intuitive understanding of his clients’ needs.
